Removing IncrediMail
If you don’t want IncrediMail, remove it by following these simple steps:
Windows XP
  • Click the Windows ‘Start’ menu, then click ‘Control Panel’.
  • Click ‘Add or Remove Programs’.
  • Select ‘IncrediMail’.
  • Click ‘Remove’.
  • Once the uninstall is complete, restart your computer.
  • Go to C:\Program Files\IncrediMail.
  • Delete the 'bin' folder to completely remove IncrediMail from your computer.
Windows Vista
  • Click the Windows ‘Start’ menu, then click ‘Control Panel’.
  • Click ‘Programs and Features’.
  • Find ‘IncrediMail’ and then click ‘Uninstall’.
  • Follow the instructions.
  • Once the uninstall is complete, restart your computer.
Windows 7
  • Click the Windows ‘Start’ menu, then click ‘Control Panel’.
  • Click ‘Uninstall a Program’ under the ‘Programs’ category.
  • In the ‘Programs and Features’ window, find ‘IncrediMail’ in the list, select it, and then click ‘Uninstall’.
  • Follow the instructions.
  • Once the uninstall is complete, restart your computer.
Removing MyStart
If you don’t want MyStart as your homepage, remove it by following these simple steps:
Internet Explorer 9
  • Open Internet Explorer and search for the page you want to use as your homepage.
  • When the page opens, click the Tools icon (it looks like a cog wheel) in the top left corner and select 'Internet Options'.
  • In the dialog that opens, click 'Use current', then click 'OK'.
  • You have now reset your homepage.
If you don’t want MyStart as your default search provider, remove it by following these simple steps:
  • Open Internet Explorer and click the Tools icon (it looks like a cog wheel) in the top left corner. Select 'Internet Options'.
  • In the dialog that opens, click 'Settings’ in the ‘Search’ section.
  • Select “MyStart Search” and click ‘Remove’.
  • You have now reset your default search provider.
Internet Explorer 8
  • Open Internet Explorer and search for the page you want to use as your homepage.
  • When the page opens, click 'Tools' in the menu bar and select 'Internet Options'.
  • In the dialog that opens, click 'Use current', then click 'OK'.
  • You have now reset your homepage.
If you don’t want MyStart as your default search provider, remove it by following these simple steps:
  • Open Internet Explorer, click on the small arrow in the top right corner of the browser, and then click on 'Manage Search Providers'.
  • In the 'Manage Add-ons' window, you will see search providers.
  • Select your preferred search provider, click 'Set as default', and then click 'Close'.
  • You have now reset your default search provider.
Firefox 12 and 13
If you don’t want MyStart as your homepage, remove it by following these simple steps:
  • Open Mozilla Firefox and search for the page you want to use as a homepage.
  • When the page opens, click 'Tools' in the menu bar, and select 'Options'.
  • In the dialog that opens, click 'Use Current Page', and then click 'OK'.
  • You have now reset your homepage.

If you don’t want MyStart as your homepage, remove it by following these simple steps:
  • Open Chrome, click on the wrench icon in the top right corner, and select Settings.
  • Select 'Open this page' in the 'Home page' section and type the web address of the page you want to use as your homepage.
  • You have now reset your homepage.
If you don’t want MyStart as your default search provider, remove it by following these simple steps:
  • Open Google Chrome, click on the wrench icon in the top right corner, and select Settings.
  • In the ‘Search’ section, click on the drop-down menu and click on your preferred search provider.
  • You have now reset your default search provider.
Opera
If you don’t want MyStart as your homepage, remove it by following these simple steps:
  • Click the ‘Opera’ icon.
  • Click Tools/Settings > Preferences > General.
  • Type the address you want for your homepage in the Home page box and then click ‘OK’.
If you don’t want MyStart as your search engine, remove it by following these simple steps:
  • Click the Opera icon.
  • Click Tools/Settings > Preferences > Search.
  • Select ‘MyStart’ and then click Delete.
  • Click ‘Yes’.
Removing the IncrediMail Toolbar
If you don’t want the IncrediMail Toolbar, remove it by following these simple steps:
Internet Explorer
Windows XP
  • Click the Windows ‘Start’ menu, then click ‘Control Panel’.
  • Click ‘Add or Remove Programs’.
  • Select ‘IncrediMail Toolbar’.
  • Click ‘Remove’.
  • If your Internet Explorer browser was open, close and reopen now.
Windows Vista
  • Click the Windows ‘Start’ menu, then click ‘Control Panel’.
  • Click ‘Programs and Features’.
  • Find ‘ IncrediMail Toolbar’ and then click ‘Uninstall’.
  • Follow the instructions to remove the toolbar.
  • If your Internet Explorer browser was open, close and reopen now.
Windows 7
  • Click the Windows ‘Start’ menu, then click ‘Control Panel’.
  • Click ‘Uninstall a Program’ under the ‘Programs’ category.
  • In the ‘Programs and Features’ window, find ‘IncrediMail Toolbar’ in the list, select it, and then click ‘Uninstall’.
  • Follow the instructions to remove the toolbar.
  • If your Internet Explorer browser was open, close and reopen now.
Firefox 12 and 13
  • Open your Firefox browser.
  • Click ‘Tools’ on the main menu and then click ‘Add-Ons’.
  • Click the ‘Extensions’ tab, find ‘IncrediMail Toolbar’ and click ‘Remove’.
  • Confirm the uninstallation by clicking ‘OK’ in the Toolbar Uninstall dialog box.
  • Click ‘Restart Now’ at the top of the dialog box.
Firefox 14
  • Open your Firefox browser and click ‘Add-Ons’ on the Firefox main menu.
  • Click the ‘Extensions’ tab, find ‘IncrediMail Toolbar’ and click ‘Remove’.
  • Confirm the uninstallation by clicking ‘OK’ in the Toolbar Uninstall dialog box.
  • Click ‘Restart Now’ at the top of the dialog box.
Chrome
  • Open Chrome, click on the wrench icon in the top right corner, and select ‘Settings’.
  • Click ‘Extensions’.
  • Find ‘IncrediMail Toolbar’ and click ‘Remove’.
  • Click Remove in the pop-up dialog box.
  • Close the browser and reopen.
